ABOUT:

Red Light Management’s internal Creative Services team is looking for a multidisciplinary Designer to service the Electronic Department. This full-time role will lead visual development and support day-to-day design needs for a roster of globally recognized electronic artists.
This role focuses on high-impact creative work, brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, social media, and artist management.
We’re seeking someone who’s hands-on, creatively curious, highly collaborative, and tuned in to visual trends across music and culture. You’ll be instrumental in shaping visual identities and building out creative campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a leading visual voice within the electronic space and beyond.

We’re looking for someone with bold creative instincts, sharp executional ability, and deep fluency in visual storytelling across digital, print, and motion platforms. A passion for electronic music, youth culture, and design-forward thinking is essential.

The position is full-time and based out of Los Angeles.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Steer design processes for visual campaigns, from concept to final execution.
  • Design graphics across varying social and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop brand identity systems for artists, releases, tours, and merch capsules — across digital and print.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social, and management teams to align creative with campaign strategy.
  • Contribute original artwork to support brand storytelling and merch design.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animated content for announcements, trailers, and content marketing (e.g. tour announcements, lyric assets, social teasers).
  • Work on pitch decks, press kits, and other internal client-facing materials.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms, keeping brand consistency intact.
  • Stay on top of design trends in music and pop culture.
  • Provide art direction and feedback for interns.
  • Manage details, deadlines, and priorities seamlessly.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a creative studio role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion work, merch, and illustration.
  • Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and artist visuals.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere).
  • Familiarity with website design is a plus.
  • A self-starter with strong visual instincts, but open to feedback and collaborative development.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects at once.
  • Skilled communicator — able to present ideas clearly and collaborate with non-designers.
  • Passionate about music and creative culture.

DAY-TO-DAY MANAGER (LA or NYC)

Reporting to senior management, the Day-to-Day Manager will be main point of contact between artist and their wider team, overseeing the daily business of artist’s career. We are looking for an experienced day-to-day manager to work with an established artist.

  • Must have experience working with high profile artists. Minimum 10+ years as a day-to-day manager.
  • Must have experience working on major releases, merchandise campaigns and marketing/coordinating/advancing tours and festivals.
  • This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and most importantly, the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seeking someone who is always ”one step ahead” and can handle a full slate of projects and maintain organization at all times.

Responsibilities / Job functions:

  • Act as point of contact for artist, checking in daily, handling requests promptly, running meetings, filtering information, and coordinating with the wider team.
  • Regularly report to senior management, providing updates on current activities, goals, and task lists. This includes digital analytics, music consumption, ticket sales, merchandise sales, press reports, etc.
  • Act as key point of contact for internal and external team members, including booking agents, touring team, digital team, merchandise companies, record labels and distributors, publicists, business managers, lawyers, etc. Provide regular updates on artist plans and progress.
  • Manage artist schedule across all business areas.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for projects across all business areas.
  • Ensure touring calendar kept updated with artist availability, confirmed dates, potential dates.
  • Liaise with tour manager and crew on tour logistics including schedule, transportation, production equipment, merchandise, etc.
  • Liaise with tour marketing on tour planning, asset development, announce/on sale rollout, promotional partners, and VIP programs.
  • Collaborate with record label/distributor on new release campaigns and ongoing maintenance of prior releases.
  • Work with digital team to execute marketing programs and optimize artist’s online presence, utilizing metrics to inform strategy.
  • General administration such as maintaining files and database, executing and tracking contracts, tracking budgets, responding to emails, scheduling meetings and calls, making travel arrangements, etc.

Promotions Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute weekly charts and performance reports.

Ticketing Coordinator – Nashville

TICKETING COORDINATOR (Nashville, TN)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, agents, promoters, box offices, fan clubs, VIP companies, and other partners to direct & collect ticketing build information.
  • Manage the communication and coordination of all necessary ticketing offers, inventory requests, tour production, etc. to ensure proper ticketing setup at venue box offices.

Coordinator, Digital Marketing (Los Angeles)

The Digital Marketing Coordinator position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent copy editing skills, and organization. You will work with our managers and our Digital Marketing team to coordinate the successful execution of various campaigns across all digital channels. You will be helping to market tours, recorded music, artist merch and other projects. Job Functions:

  • Represent our artists on social media by copywriting, creating, and sharing content across all platforms to promote new music, touring, and support all other promotional needs. You should be a social media native with a strong understanding of how Meta, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms work. This role requires an extremely high level of attention to detail.
  • Help provide reporting / insights / analytics for clients and managers that track audience growth and measure results.
  • Help maintain the Red Light Management website news and artist roster.
  • Compile reports and manage schedules for the digital team and managers
  • Submit support tickets to various digital platforms on behalf of clients and managers.
  • Be able to communicate and work closely with the rest of the digital team, artists, managers, labels, agents and promoters to help ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
